Our Returns Guide
You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send anything back. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still on. We’re afraid we can’t accept returns after the 30-day window, so best to pop it back to us sooner rather than later.
Sending Something Back
No worries! Just make sure to get in touch with us at support@fomdara.com first so we can take a quick look at your return request. We’ll need your order details and a brief reason for the return. Please note we can’t accept items sent back without prior approval. Once everything’s good to go, we’ll send you simple instructions on how to return your item. Make sure your parcel’s packed up securely to keep it safe on its way back. Just a heads-up, return postage costs are covered by the customer.
Getting Your Money Back
Once your return arrives and we've had a quick check to make sure it's all in good nick, we'll pop your refund through. The money will be sent back to your original payment method and usually shows up within 7 days. No restocking fees or hidden charges.
Exchanges
No problem! You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to request an exchange. Contact us at support@fomdara.com and let us know what you’d like to swap, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note: Exchanges are only available for brand new, unused items.
If you need to cancel your order, just get in touch with us as soon as possible using support@fomdara.com. Please bear in mind that once your order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel it.

If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, we’re really sorry about that. Please snap a few clear photos showing the problem and get in touch with us so we can sort it out. Call us or send us an email to support@fomdara.com and we’ll review your case quickly and make sure to send you the correct, undamaged replacement as soon as possible.
