Getting Your Order to You
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging it. Orders are typically prepared within 0–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your parcel has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can monitor its progress. Delivery usually takes 6–10 working days. Shipping is free on all orders.
Running a Bit Late?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 3 extra working days. You can track your shipment using the tracking code provided in your dispatch email. If the parcel still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.
Thinking of Cancelling?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@fomdara.com. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. In such cases, the standard return process will apply after delivery.
